Good but needed large seat for overweight. They said, their cycles are tested for around 130kg. Really it worth for over weight people. But the service should be offline and there will be no warranty to any part except frame.

Pros
3alloy wheel rim.

Sturdy frame carbon steel.

Suspension can be adjusted.

Gears perfect.

Reflector are good ( front n back).

Water decal colour attractive ( i took black n gold gives u premium look with golden words on frame - pegaz).

Alloy metal pedals.

Tires are large width.

Change seat height and easy clip remove.

Bottle and its holder (free).

Customer support is good ( sakshi sharma, online customer support helped a lot and fast reply).

Cons:

Handle height fixed and cannot be changed.

Mudguards are in small length.

Pedal reflectors are only not good quality.

Brakes are 2 finger breaks so short length.

If u had got any issue or damaged part, u have to courier them, after they recieve the damaged part, then only they ship new one.

Tires to be filled air outside or with pump, as they ship with only little air filler tyres.

Disc brakes aren't not so perfect or strong ( even though the wire tighten it still not as perfect as other cycles, needed good disc pads).

Little hard to assemble on your own.

Handle cannot be tightened or losened ( as in 1st gear the handle will be oversmooth and cannot be controlled during very slow 1st gear ride).

Due to gear system occupancy on handle bar, the installation of the bell is hard to keep near fingers or u cannot reach bell easily).

Handle bar grips are of rubber material should be of good quality as it getting torned after 2 days only.

If handle height adjustment is there, it would be perfect as long rides even 5km range makes your wrists uncomfortable due to height issue.

They should have included warranty for gears and other things.

Its a little hard for assembly on your own. They provide you basic tool kit ( wrench and L key 3 sizes)

Note : if u buy via the customer care person u will get a decent disc. I got this cycle at 16.5k including accs - helmet, head light chargeable, air pump, cycle lock with number locking system.

Cycle aprox 15.5k and acces aprox 1k via the agent. If u buy via website u have to pay aprox 18 - 19k. U go via contact page whstap, then u will get a phone number in the chat.

U can pay via that Person qr code or even via website ( with disc code they will giv u).
