Most disappointed

It is very unfortunate to say that an "used" freewheel has been delivered.This is not expected from a company like geekay.It has some other issues, let me explain. The item is supposed to be left threaded to be installed on the left side of the cycle alligning with the pmdc motor.The hub is also a geekay product that I purchased locally. There is an L mark on the hub.But your L threaded freewheel is not actually so though marked.first, It appears that it cannot be installed on the left side of the hub with intended forward direction.I have sent the details wth pics to three geekay WhatsApp numbers but to ni avail.Please tell me how the issues can be resolved.
